What to do:
20, 30, or 40 volume developers should be combined with Salon In Dust Free Bleach Powder (depending on grade).
If you use 30g of Salon In Dust Free Bleach Powder + Keratin, combine it with 60 ml of developer in a 1+2 ratio for the desired bleaching.
